Dr. Paul Archacki is a board-certified prosthodontist with a lifelong dedication to dental excellence, education and patient care. Born and raised in New Britain, Connecticut, Dr. Archacki demonstrated early leadership and determination, earning the rank of Eagle Scout with a Bronze Palm. His academic journey began at St. Michael’s College in Vermont, where he majored in biology as part of a competitive pre-med program. He graduated among a select group who advanced to prestigious graduate and professional programs.
Dr. Archacki earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from New York University College of Dentistry in 1972. During dental school, his passion for prosthodontics was ignited, leading him to pursue specialty training in fixed prosthodontics at Temple University. He thrived in both clinical and academic settings, becoming a full-time faculty member at Temple, where he taught predoctoral and graduate students in both clinical and didactic roles. In 1979, he achieved board certification and became a Diplomate of the American Board of Prosthodontics.
Throughout his distinguished career, Dr. Archacki has remained deeply committed to education and community service. While maintaining a private practice, he served as Director of Dental Services at the Caridad Clinic for 25 years, where he also sat on the Board of Directors and was recognized with several awards, including “Caregiver of the Year.” His dedication extended into professional affiliations as a Fellow of the American College of Prosthodontics and member of the American Academy of Fixed Prosthodontics (formerly known as the American Academy of Crown and Bridge Prosthodontics).
In 1980, Dr. Archacki relocated to Boynton Beach, Florida, where he established his prosthodontic practice, continuing to serve patients with integrity and clinical precision. Outside of dentistry, he enjoys scuba diving, underwater photography, golf and music. He currently resides in Sarasota, Florida, where he enjoys time with his family and grandson.
Katrina Co, DMD
Dr. Katrina Co studied chemistry as her undergraduate before receiving her Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry degree from Nova Southeastern University in 2017, and she has been serving smiles in the Boynton Beach area ever since. Dedicated to continuing her education, Dr. Co attends further training every two months whenever possible and has completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry program.
Dr. Co has a husband, a very active and adorable toddler, and a fluffy, lazy cat. When she’s not working, she likes to travel and spend time at the beach. One of her favorite parts of working in dentistry is performing dental surgeries!

Melanie was a certified medical assistant when she discovered she loved working in the dental field. She is glad to be a part of a group that is so encouraging, funny and overall amazing, and she believes our success is a result of the connection we have as a staff. Her favorite part of working at Paul V. Archacki, DDS, PA is being able to efficiently and effectively run the front office to ensure we have perfect days.
Melanie has a 2-year-old daughter who is both her sunshine and moonlight; she balances Melanie’s life perfectly. When she has free time, Melanie likes to go to the beach and park with her daughter and enjoy the peaceful life.
Maritza Peña
Dental Hygienist
Maritza brings with her extensive dental knowledge and experience in many facets of the dental world. She has been working with Dr. Archacki for quite some time and truly enjoys being part of this team, helping to ensure our patients have continued health and care in a calming, relaxed atmosphere.
Maritza is focused on building a better future for her children, and she enjoys spending time with her loved ones. She takes every opportunity she can to do volunteer work at the Caridad Center in West Boynton Beach, Florida.
Gloria Massey
Dental Assistant
Gloria has worked in many different fields but has found the dental field to be the most rewarding. She assists our dentists chairside and enjoys being a part of an amazing, cheerful, goal-oriented team that feels like family. Gloria loves seeing our patients smile from start to finish!
Gloria is a mother of two with one on the way, and she considers being a mother her most fulfilling job. When she has spare time, she likes to take long walks in the park, enjoy beach days and spend quality time with her children and her many pets.
